YUMMY---AND EASY!!!

Like Spicy?  Like Easy?

HERE'S YOUR TICKET!

• 8 chicken leg quarters
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 cup sour cream
  
  
  2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  
  
  Cook chicken leg quarters 30-45 minutes--until crisp  turning once or twice
  
  
  Puree Milk/sour cream, peppers/ bouillon
  
  
  Melt butter (NEVER use margarine!)  add puree--bring to simmer   add chicken and let simmer until it is well saturated
  
  
  Serve over rice
  
  
  I quartered this recipe and made it for 2---want the measurements for 2--let me know
  
  
  IT IS SPICY--because I was heavy handed with the chipotle peppers!

• 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
• 1 tablespoon margarine
• salt to taste
